ORDER

Orders will only be accepted by email, filling in all the fields of the form found on www.cuoieriafiorentina.it. The technical information on this website is subject to change and adjustments without notice. Cuoieria Fiorentina reserves the right to evaluate and accept online orders through an order confirmation.

PRICE LIST AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on the current price list are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. All the prices on the aforementioned list may result in an automatic update without the obligation to give prior notice. Payments by customers must be done following the methods required on this website.

EXECUTION OF ORDERS

Cuoieria Fiorentina reserves the right to ship orders partially, in separate shipments, unless the buyer has requested in written form that he wants his order complete within a specified day.

SHIPPING AND RATES

Shipments will be done by the couriers under contract with Cuoieria Fiorentina or available at the time of shipment. In case the courier is chosen by the buyer, Cuoieria Fiorentina declines any responsibility after the goods have left the warehouse.

DELIVERY

The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be within 5 working days and will take place during office hours: from 9:00AM to 12:30PM, from 2:00PM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

TThe payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and the amount is calculated according to the law of the Country of destination of the shipment and is communicated only at the moment of delivery by the courier. In the event that the charges are not paid, the delivery will not be fulfilled and the order will be cancelled; shipping charges and eventually customs charges paid by Cuoieria Fiorentina will be deducted from the total amount of the order and the buyer will only be refunded the difference.

INTEGRITY OF GOODS

Upon delivery, the buyer must verify the integrity of packages, quantity and quality as specified in the document of transportation. In case of any discrepancies, the buyer will have to accept the package and mark it “received unchecked” with the courier, and within eight days of reception, the same should be reported in writing to Cuoieria Fiorentina. Any message beyond the deadline will not be considered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer can request to withdraw from the contract upon written notice, without additional costs or penalties and without giving a reason. The cancellation will have to be made within 14 days from reception of the goods, by sending a notice to Cuoieria Fiorentina by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You can let us know in advance by fax at 055/8662289. In this case, the return of goods will be regulated by the following clause.

RETURN OF GOODS

Considering the abovementioned understood, the customer can request the return of the goods anytime by fax or email at info1@cuoieriafiorentina.it. The request will have to clearly state the reason for the return, in addition to citing references of the invoice or document of transportation and delivery. The request will be evaluated by Cuoieria Fiorentina, which will answer as soon as possible, and in case of approval will begin the process of taking care of the return.
In any case, the products must be returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging or, if not sufficient, repackaged so as to ensure safe transportation. The shipment must be made exclusively freight prepaid. The return must be received no later than 30 days from the response of Cuoieria Fiorentina to the request for return of the goods. The customer will still be responsible for any damage to the goods or value loss caused by manipulation of the goods, or negligence or carelessness of the courier.

WARRANTIES FOR COMPLIANCE DEFECTS

Cuoieria Fiorentina guarantees its customers that are the end consumers the legal warranties established by the Consumer Code, Law Decree 06/09/2005, number 206, on potential compliance defects of the goods compared to the order placed by the client. Based on the regulation, the client/consumer has the right to receive a substitution or a repair without paying or, if not possible, a price reduction or contract resolution. The warranty is valid only if the defect appears within two years from the delivery of the goods. The client/consumer has the duty to report the compliance defect to Cuoieria Fiorentina within two months from its appearance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, negligence, transport which to say any activity attributed to the client and outside of control of Cuoieria Fiorentina.

REPAIRS

If requested by the client, Cuoieria Fiorentina can do minor repairs without costs except for the shipping charges. For larger repairs or more complex interventions, the actual cost of labour and materials used for the repair will be charged to the client, without any additional cost, and with communication in advance of the expense and its acceptance.

THIRD PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

The buyer agrees to indemnify Cuoieria Fiorentina from any dispute with the end user assuming the buyer is obliged to check the integrity and the quality of the product as soon as it is delivered. It is expressly understood that Cuoieria Fiorentina has a commitment, as required by warranty clause, only in respect to its first buyer. The buyer assumes the responsibility to explain to his client the Conditions of Sale and the limits of liability of Cuoieria Fiorentina.
The conditions contained in this document may be changed without notice and are valid from the date of publication on the website.

COURT OF JURISDICTION

The business relations between Cuoieria Fiorentina and its customers are exclusively regulated by the Conditions of Sale, unless stated and agreed upon otherwise in written form. For any aspect not included, the Italian law is the reference, even for the interpretation of the conditions of sale. Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution of this contract will be dealt with exclusively by the Court of Florence, Italy. The protection guaranteed by the law of the Country where the client/consumer regularly resides in is still valid.
